4 cups sweet corn
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp freshly ground pepper powder
1 tbsp butter
Fill a vessel with water and bring to boil. Add the corn and salt and cook for 10-12 minutes on a medium flame or until soft. Remove the cooked corn with a perforated spoon and transfer to a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well. Divide the corn mixture into 4 equal portions and serve piping hot.
Toss the boiled corn with 1 tsp chaat masala and ¾ tsp chili powder. Mix well and serve hot.
Toss the boiled corn with 1 tsp cheese powder and 1 tsp freshly ground powder and mix well. Serve hot garnished with grated cheese.
Toss the boiled corn with ½ tbsp mixed herbs and mix well. Serve hot.
